This is my version of maja blanca. The toppings is made of chocolate almonds. I was suppose to put peanuts but hard as I try, I can't find the bag of peanuts, which I put somewhere because I know I need it. Yes, I only found the bag of peanuts yesterday (a day after the party).
This turned out really good and I can't wait to make another one for my MIL.
