When my daughter was in Children's Hospital for a dental surgery, hubby and I took turn to get something to eat. I decided to check their cafeteria for food. I was impressed with their food selection. Since I have diabetes, I have to be careful with what I eat. I decided to buy this Malaysian salad. It was superb! This is the first time that I had this and I wish I can find a place to buy just like this as it was really good.

Malaysian Salad
When my daughter was in Children's Hospital for a dental surgery, hubby and I took turn to get something to eat. I decided to check their cafeteria for food. I was impressed with their food selection. Since I have diabetes, I have to be careful with what I eat. I decided to buy this Malaysian salad. It was superb! This is the first time that I had this and I wish I can find a place to buy just like this as it was really good.

That looks really good mommy. Maybe you can research it online for a recipe and make yourself. The hospital that we go to has some good food as well and no longer like your typical hospital food, which used to be blah! Yummy!
