I think one of my favorites in our house is the kitchen. I am glad that I have more than enough kitchen cabinets. I don't have to put most of my cooking things in the counter. I can hide them in one of the cabinets.
Our house is well-maintained by the former owners. There is no area that needs repairing. I don't need to buy a lag screw right now but of course, I want to have them so that when I need it in the future I can have it right away. I wouldn't mind ordering a couple of lag screws that are designed for strength and endurance. I am sure that this screws will come very handy when repair time comes.
