When I was still in the Philippines, I know many friends and acquaintances that applied to work overseas. Filipinos are known for being hard worker that is why many employers hire them. Whether it is a white or blue collar jobs, Filipinos doesn't mind it.
There are many Filipinos who are working in Middle East doing odd jobs. Some of them are in the construction and some of them are welders. I am sure that those who work as welders have to wear welding helmets. If you know somebody who needs it, check miller welding helmets as it is a very reliable product.
