Sauteed Bokchoy

This dish is something I just made up. It was really good though.

Ingredients:
Bacon
Garlic
Bokchoy
Pepper
Salt

Directions:
  • Wash and Slice the bokchoy and set aside.
  • Slice the bacon and cook it until brownish
  • Add garlic and then add bokchoy
  • Season with pepper and little salt (careful as bacon can be salty)
  • Cook until done but bokchoy is still crunchy.
  • Serve
