Ingredients:
Bacon
Garlic
Bokchoy
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
- Wash and Slice the bokchoy and set aside.
- Slice the bacon and cook it until brownish
- Add garlic and then add bokchoy
- Season with pepper and little salt (careful as bacon can be salty)
- Cook until done but bokchoy is still crunchy.
- Serve
