Fried Shrimps

I haven't cooked fried shrimps in a long time but because I have plenty of shrimps that are huge, I diligently made some.

Ingredients:
Shrimps
Egg
garlic salt
black pepper
flour
little water
panko
oil for frying

Directions:
  • Peel the shrimps and butterfly it.
  • Mix flour, water, egg and beat well.
  • Season with garlic salt and pepper
  • Dredge shrimps to the flour/egg mixture and dredge into panko
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Serve
