Our Hero is Scooby-Doo

What do you do when all the kids are at home from the 2 year old through the teens, you fire up the www.directstartv.com, and turn on Scooby-Doo. And why is Scooby-Doo so popular? It is because Scooby offers something for all ages. "Scooby-Doo Where are you?" is a continuation of a classic cartoon that has been endearing and entertaining audiences since the 70s.

Scooby-Doo has an endearing cast of characters there is Freddy the ascot wearing leader type, and Daphne the pretty girl. Along Velma who is a nerd, but we love her for it, Shaggy the goateed boy who originated the term "like", and the dog Scooby-Doo who is their life long friend and pet. Together, the friends get into and out of trouble weekly, while solving some pretty absurd mysteries.

Every episode we can count on Freddy to build a trap. Daphne always gets kidnapped. Velma never fails to lose her glasses. Last, but not least Shaggy and Scooby are always the bait. The show is predictable; however, the monsters and villains are not predictable so every episode is a new mystery.

We sit together and laugh together at every "Zoinks" and "Relp!". And wonder what Scooby snacks really taste like, perhaps that is the real mystery.
