Lack of calcium can compromise your health. In women, lack of calcium can compromise
the bone density which in effect will make the bones get brittle and easily broken. A person can get more calcium by drinking milk, eating yogurt or calcium supplements.
Today, most food that we ate or most of our diets lack the required amount of calcium that we need. We need a good amount of calcium to keep our bones teeth muscles and blood stream healthy. I am just glad that my daughter likes to eat yogurt and drinks her milk everyday as I don't have to worry with her calcium intake. I know how important it is for her to have a good amount of calcium to help build strong bones and teeth.
