Fish and Pepper

Fish Paksiw! Yummy topped with a lot of pepper... extra yummy!

This dish is very common to Filipinos. This dish doesn't require a lot. It is just fish cooked in vinegar with a lot of spices. Spices can vary depending on what is available in your kitchen. Usually you just cooked it in vinegar with garlic, onion, ginger, salt, a little oil, and pepper. Who wants a piece?
