Salad with Croutons


I have been eating salad as my midnight snack. Well, I think at least, it is healthier. I stayed up as late as around early morning so I always get hungry around midnight.

This is one of my most common midnight snack. Salad made of cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, avocado and croutons. Sometimes, I use catalina dressing or french dressing or red wine vinaigrette.
