Water Weight

I am an advocate of healthy eating. But despite that, every once in a while we splurge into eating some unhealthy stuff. I know, most unhealthy foods are just so good and irresistible!

According to a recent study, more people are carrying around excess water weight. This is because we eat too much salt. Too much salt can increase the water in your body. When you have excess water weight the tendency is your heart has to pump harder, which in turn increases your blood pressure. To prevent excess weight natural diuretics can help. Diuretics will work at getting rid of excess water and bloating and can even cut down on the size of fat cells by pulling out some extra water out of them.

It is always good to eat the right food to prevent water weight. Cucumbers, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Beets, Oats, Cabbage, Carrots, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Eggplants and all types of melon are foods that can prevent water weight. Remember to eat the right food and you won't have problems with water weight.
