I love Tuna! The only thing I don't love about it is its price. But every once in a while I buy a piece or two.This one is a butter-fried tuna steak. Very easy!
Ingredients:
1 tuna steak
2 tbsp butter
garlic salt
pepper
Directions:
- Wash tuna and pat dry with paper towel
- Season with garlic salt and pepper
- Heat butter in a non stick skillet
- Fry tuna until brown
- Serve with tomatoes
