Food Trip Friday: Skinless Longganisa
(Photo not mine)
Longganisa is a popular Pinoy breakfast, there are various versions which defends on regional location.
This is a homemade longganisa and I am longing to make my own version too. This is made by a Filipina here in Alabama.
Tell me, (if you are in a foreign country right now) does this not remind you of home? It makes me want to come home and devour an order of longsilog!
Happy Food Trip Friday dear friends!
