The problem being a good cook (as I consider myself), is you tend to eat a lot. I really love to cook and I enjoy it more when people like my cooking. The negative side of having a good cook in your house is the tendency of gaining weight.
I did gained a lot of weight since I move here in the USA. Blame it to the food and unhealthy lifestyle. Blame it to lack of walking exercise as there is always a car (and a driver too!). For health sake, I need to be very keen on my diet. I need a healthy diet and I should consider taking the best weight loss supplements. I know, I should be mindful of my health as I have a daughter that relies on me.
