Food Trip Friday: Tocino
Oh tocino!!!! Thanks to Ate Shirley who brought this. She made more than enough and of course I have my share of this. The way she made this tocino is so perfect... A plate of rice is not enough so I have to have a second serving.
I bought a spicy vinegar which is perfect for this tocino... I still have some left in my fridge... Wanna have breakfast with me?
