Coconut Vinegar

My father used to be a coconut wine maker. He also makes the natural coconut vinegar. That was long time ago when our coconut trees were still young.

Anyway, I have never heard of Suka Pinakurat, a natural coconut vinegar until one of the member of the forum that I used to actively joined. I never gave much thought about this vinegar until I saw them at a Filipino store in Georgia. The owner of the store let me try it so that I will know how does it taste. I like the taste so I bought a bottle and brought home.

Now, I love my spiced coconut vinegar. It is a good dip for fried fish and I used it to my other recipes too.

my mom doesn't want to use any other vinegar except that. (same exact thing as that on the pic)
