Sauteed Bokchoy


This is nothing fancy. Just something green. I got tired of eating meat so I decided to make sauteed bokchoy and I loved it! This is really something healthy!

Ingredients:
bokchoy
garlic
onion
soy sauce
olive oil
pepper

Directions:
  • Sautee garlic and onion
  • Add bokchoy
  • Season with soy sauce and pepper. Add a little water (optional)
  • Cook until preferred crispiness.
  • Serve

pasecya na dear,what is bokchoy?ang alam ko lang bokchoy is yung chichirya..but I'm sure I'm gonna love this--gulay kasi eh!

Isn't that Hong Kong style cooking? They usually saute it, but instead of soy sauce, my aunt uses oyster sauce. Sarap! :)

woi, ganahan diay ka anang ubas sa bokchoy mareng? ako ky pangowaon mn nko naa pag magluto ko.. lol.. ignoy ko ana, kana ra akong green.. heheheh.. love it sad oi! bag-o lang ko nagluto akong gisabaw with pork bones... yummo!
