Chicken breast (sliced)
garlic
onion
bell pepper
carrots
broccoli
young corn
water chestnuts (sliced)
bamboo shoots (in can)
olive oil
pepper
soy sauce
garlic sauce
Directions:
- Sautee garlic and onion. Add chicken. Cook until chicken's color becomes white.
- Add carrots, broccoli, young corn, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
- Season with pepper, soy sauce and garlic sauce.
- Cook until vegetables are almost done. Add bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve
