I was in heaven last night because my dinner was sinigang na bangus. Although bangus is here is frozen, the taste of it is still the same. I got so lucky that I was able to buy some veggies too for the sinigang. Sinigang dish here is more expensive than a steak but nevertheless I enjoyed it so much that I even ate the leftover today!
The next time I will go to the Asian Store, I will buy some fresh fish for grilling... watch out for my grilled fish food trippers.
Yummy foods every Friday can be found at Food Trip Friday... check it out!

Yan ang disadvantage ng mga pinoy sa abroad,we have to settle sa frozen fish just to satisfy our cravings, samantalang sa Manila, you can get it fresh everyday sa palengke. My aunt even have a Bangus Farm, kaya sobrang fresh talaga ng mga nakakain ko doon, hays....kakamiss naman ang 'pinas.
My gosh.. sinigang is so yummy! I haven't been able to cook sinigang here mami.. I don't know, feels weird but haven't saw even frozen bangus here.. :(
