Beef Loaf

Hmmm.... 20 years ago, eating beef loaf for me is like "heaven!". You see, we can't afford to buy beef loaf at that time, so whenever it is served in our table that means it is a special day. When beef loaf is served, it also means that all kids have equal number of slices (usually 2).

Fast forward.... after years of struggling we somehow manage to become financially better. We were able to buy the foods that we want to eat most of the time. And speaking of beef loaf it had become a common breakfast food.

I never had beef loaf in my entire stay here in the USA... so finally yesterday I cooked a can of beef loaf (which Dhemz sent to me).

Ingredients:
1 can beef loaf
1 egg
oil for frying

Directions:
  1. Open the can and remove the beef loaf.
  2. Slice
  3. Beat the egg. Dip it in the beaten egg.
  4. Fry both sides until golden brown
  5. Serve
