Stir Fry Shrimps and Vegetables

I love shrimps as you all know and adding vegetables to it for me makes it healthier.


Ingredients:
Shrimps
bell pepper (red and orange)
mushroom
carrots
snow peas
onion
garlic
greek seasoning
oyster sauce
oil

Directions:
  • Heat oil in the wok and sautee garlic and onion.
  • Add shrimps. Sautee until shrimp turns to pink
  • Add carrots and season with greek seasoning.
  • Add mushroom, bell pepper, snow peas.
  • Season with oyster sauce.
  • Cook until all the veggies are still crispy.
  • Transfer to a serving dish. (Don't let it stay in the wok as it will overcook the veggies)
  • Serve with rice

kahinumdum ko didto ko Bohol..nalipong ko sa ka barato sa Shrimp didto pero ingon ako Aunty kay mahal na daw to sa ila, pero para sa ako kay hastang baratoha kay sa manynila hasta mang mahala..hahaha

kalami jud, luto ko ani inig mugawas ko sa big market kay barato ra didto ang kilo kaysa diri duol sa amoa..hehe

Permi jd naa oyster sauce imung mga recipe lulu da, lami sd jd ang oyster sauce ky sa toyo lng.
