I cooked fried cube steak for Dave's dinner tonight. I had my fish soup so I just cooked something very easy for him.
Ingredients:
cube steak
flour
greek seasoning
oil for frying
Directions:
- Combine flour and greek seasoning
- Dredge cube steak to the flour with seasoning and set aside
- Heat oil in the frying pan.
- Fry cube steak until golden brown
- Drain in paper towel
- Serve with ketchup
