Roast Beef and Mushroom in Wine Sauce

I had a leftover from the roast beef that I cooked last night, so I decided to make something out of it.


Ingredients:
Roast beef (sliced in bite size)
1 med onion (sliced)
mushroom
wine ( i used white wine)
black pepper
garlic salt
butter

Directions:
  • Heat butter. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add beef and mushroom. Season with black pepper and garlic salt
  • Add wine and bring to boil
  • Simmer until half of the sauce is gone.
  • Serve with rice

Kalami oi (yan lang alam kong masarap na words sa bisaya nyahahah).. Thanks for shring the recipe MamiLu, I may try this one day kasi mahilig sa beef ang aking ex-bf hehehe..

haguy...imo na lang beef, ako lang nag mushrooms kay favorite kaayo nako na...sugot ra ko mushroom ra tanan...bisan asa na sya ihalo kay super yummilicious kaayo na nako...sa pizza gani kay mag extra toppings ko ug mushroom nyahaha...

pero sundogon nako na imo recipe sa pasko pohon nyahaha kay mahal ang beef diri, doble sa presyo sa pork..haha
