A pot of chili is always great during cold days....

2 lbs ground beef
1 can of light red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
2 pcs onion
chili mix

  • Brown the beef.
  • Drain the fats and run through hot water.
  • Add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with saltine crackers and cheese!

I want to tell you what I use instead of chili mix. I use Taco mix. It gives an wonderful flavor.

I tried this one before but with more ingredients. I copied it from the cookbook that my husband's niece was given to us last christmas. You're indeed right my friend. This is absolutely delicious.
