Pork Adobo

It is Labor Day. A day where all working Americans are off! What a better way to spend a day than to have a good meal. Why not serve pork adobo and rice in the dining table?

By the way, we went fishing today... so I needed energy and the pork adobo and rice was just perfect....

Who can resist a pork adobo with a lots of fats in it?????
