
Good day Food Trippers. My entry for this week is a grilled tuna (panga). When we went to visit my cousin who lives in Bergen, New Jersey they served a lot of grilled panga ng tuna. Eating them was like being back in the Philippines. Well, why not when you are eating filipino food in the presence of family and friends...
Anyway, here's the yummy grilled panga ng tuna.... it is juicy and absolutely yummy....

oi..unsa man imo sawsawan ana Lu..gatulo ako laway sa panga dah! ako sawsawan ana kay tuyo, lemon, powder pepper, garlic and a little msg seasoning then sili..hmmm sarapppp.......
Mi, wala pako katilaw ani.... sani lami ani...hmm! Pero murag lami sawsaw sa suka nga naa sili.. huh!

However the fish being cook, its still delish to me. Sus kalami nman ani ikinamut ug usa ka kalderong kan on lulu. Suya jd ko nimu oi ky you can cook fish anytime, ka nice kaayo ang hubby to let you do what you want in your house. Dili ko palitan sa akong bana ug isda nga fresh, gasiga pa ang mata. iyapaliton king tuna nga ready to eat na. kamatay!
waaaaaa...abi nako ug NY steak...joke...wow kalami ani woi...sos, na miss nako ang sinugba sa ato....labi tong bangsi...nyahhahah!
Hi Lulu, sarap nito kainin with bare hands eh. Had one weeks ago when a friend from Gen San brough 2 big pcs of that and we had it grilled and enjoyed by everyone in the Gen Ed Department.
Gutom na gutom na talaga ako. :)
