Food Trip Friday #11

Good day Food Trippers. My entry for this week is a grilled tuna (panga). When we went to visit my cousin who lives in Bergen, New Jersey they served a lot of grilled panga ng tuna. Eating them was like being back in the Philippines. Well, why not when you are eating filipino food in the presence of family and friends...

Anyway, here's the yummy grilled panga ng tuna.... it is juicy and absolutely yummy....

Hi Lulu, sarap nito kainin with bare hands eh. Had one weeks ago when a friend from Gen San brough 2 big pcs of that and we had it grilled and enjoyed by everyone in the Gen Ed Department.

Gutom na gutom na talaga ako. :)
