Buttered Spinach


As you all know, I love eating greens and I love spinach. This time, I tried cooking the spinach with butter and it turned out really good. Andrea even ate it!

Ingredients:
Spinach (1 bunch)
garlic (pressed)
2 tsp butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
  • Wash spinach thoroughly. Separate stems and leaves.
  • Melt butter and add pressed garlic.
  • Add spinach stems and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add spinach leaves. Turn it over a few times until all the spinach leaves are wilted.
  • Season with salt and garlic.
  • Cook as long as you want.
  • Drain and serve.
Note: I cooked my spinach longer because Andrea prefers a well-cooked veggies. If it was only me that will eat it, I will cook it just enough for spinach to be wilted.

haha mura man ug english version sa buttered kangkoang hahaha. klareks jud lami sad na kay love man nako ang mga green leafy vegetables.

hahhaa...namuot ko sa comment ni mami Kat....never had spinach before...unsaon ning akong jowa nga d man mokan ug mga leafy veggies....hehehe....bokchoy gani nga mag alingasa na ang panagway...lol!

I tried this one when my sister cooked it. Butter spinach sd to iya minus the garlic,then wala na gi cute ang stem. pareho ra siguro ug lami. Maynoon eat imung gwapang anak ug spinach atleast naa nka classmate lulu

Kalame ba dani oi. I like spinach Lu and I like it well-done too gaya ng gusto ng tsikiting mong si Andrea. Lami jud ani oi with rice and just use our hands to eat.
