Crispy Fried Chicken

I seldom cook this recipe because it takes a lot of time. But I feel like cooking the crispy fried chicken because I know Dave loves it.

I know my own way of cooking this is too much work. But when I get the result of a very tasty crispy fried chicken I know it is worth my time and effort.

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (remove the fats)
dale seasoning
vinegar
black pepper
garlic powder
all purpose batter
bread crumbs
water
cooking oil (for frying)

Directions:
Put chiken in a pan and add dale seasoning, vinegar, black pepper and garlic. Cook slow until it is done. Remove the chicken and drain. Mix all purpose batter with water. Dip the chicken in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Drain. Serve.

Dinner is ready! Crispy fried chicken served with biscuits and green beans in the side
