Fried Eggplant

I was craving for fried eggplant and when we saw one in the grocery store I have to buy it even if it is almost $2 a piece.

I fried the eggplant and eat to my heart's content!


It is very easy to fry eggplant. All you need to do is wash the eggplant, slice them and fry until golden brown. Drain in paper towel. Serve with your choice of dipping. I choose to eat them dipped in "toyomansi".

I tried frying eggplants once Lu but all the oil just absorbed to the eggplant. SO ang labas grabe ka mantikaon...Gi-onsa man nimo ang imo pagprito? Daghan ba mantika?

hhaha sarap nito pag i.dip sa soy sauce. .delish!! 3 cupr of rice ata ang nauubos pag ito ang ulam YUM!
