I never had fried chicken gizzard until Dhemz of Savour the Flavour posted it on her blog. Of course I was so curious to try them.
It was a great success as the fried chicken gizzard is so yummy.
Ingredients:
chicken gizzard
greek seasoning
salt
pepper
water for boiling
oil for frying
Directions:
- Wash the gizzard thoroughly
- Put in a casserole with water and season with salt, pepper and greek seasoning
- Boil until tender (approx. 30 minutes)
- Remove from water
- Fry until golden brown
- Serve
