Milkfish is the national fish of the Philippines and it is favorite to many. When we had our house blessings few weeks ago, they send me pictures of it and of course they included what they prepared.
They grilled milkfish... one of our family's favorites...
A grilled milkfish won't be complete without the sauce in it. The sauce is a mixture of vinegar, soysauce and small bits of ginger, onion and tomatoes.
Now who is hungry? (Raising my two hands!)
