T-bone steak is our favorite steak. We seldom buy this cut because it is kinda expensive. For Dave's birthday dinner, I cooked him steak as it is his favorite.
I don't want to brag, but I can make a good steak... better than most steakhouse! Here's my food trip....

I like steak Lu especially well-done. But most of the time even though it is already deliciously cook but I still dip it in soy sauce and vinegar. Uhhmmm Yummy.
