Yay! It is Friday again!
This week my food trip entry is Rellenong Bangus. I love bangus (milk fish) whatever way it is cooked. I like it in sinigang, fried, paksiw and relleno.
This food was served at Ate Shirley's birthday party. She made the rellenong bangus herself and it was a very tedious job but it turned out to be perfect! Everybody loved it!

One of my favorite!!! Napakahirap lang talagang gawin. When I went back to Manila last 2007, good thing pwede na syang bilhin as in ready to cook na,kasi talagang time consuming if you will make it from scratch.

Woi bangus, I love that when it's grilled stuffed with spices with a lot of "tanglad"... mmmm...

Sarap ng bangus and rellenong bangus is one of my fave yummm! daghan baya lafang sa inyong lugar lulu oi.

sus may gulay gigutom ko kaorng tunga na sa gabie kita ani mi. Kanus a pa kaha ko kaaon upd ug bangus nga sinugba... huhuh!
