Adjusting to Cold Weather

My sister's family just moved to New Zealand. It is winter in New Zealand now. They are adjusting how cold it is. Coming from a tropical country, I know the kids are having a hard time adjusting to the weather. Even my sister is saying how cold she felt. Because the whole family is already there, they plan to buy a new car for their transportation. They will be buying a van since there are six of them already. I am sure that they will also invest on snow chains in order to be ready for the long winter.
